That’s because we plan on the MaxPOS system working successfully for you for many years to come. However, there may be times when you urgently need assistance or help in performing a new task – which is why you can simply call us and we will do all we can to help.

We offer technical support, via email or phone, straight from the team who created your software – so there’s no dealing with someone who may not know the answers.

At MaxPOS we offer immediate assistance for most issues.

And if we cannot immediately resolve the issue we will do our utmost to rectify any problem or resolve any training issue as soon as possible.

At MaxPOS we don’t use call centres; we just have our efficient, friendly service staff dedicated to offering a solution to your problem.

As part of the installation of your MaxPOS system we will train as many of your staff as possible in how to use it.

They will learn the basics of the software, such as keying orders, respond to on-screen messages and how to find products. We will also train someone as your ‘in-house trainer’ for the system and they will be shown more detail about what the MaxPOS system can do.
